Cancellations of appointments
We are very understanding. All we ask is that you understand that this is how we make a living. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. We have a list of people waiting for appointments, so please allow us enough time to fill your previous appointment time.
Charges
We do charge for missed appointments if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance and if we cannot fill your booked appointment time. However, if we have an open appointment during that same week that we can get you in we will apply that charge to the appointment that is attended within that same week of the original appointment only.
If your schedule is just to crazy to commit then we suggest that you wait until the day that you'd like an appointment to book and take your chances whether we have anything available.
No Shows
If you simply don't show for your appointment and , we will not be able re-book you again and you will be charged for the missed appointment with no rescheduling allowed. |
